Since 1971, Lou Malnati's has been synonymous with authentic Chicago deep dish pizza. What started as a single restaurant in Lincolnwood has grown into a beloved institution, now bringing our legendary recipes to New Orleans.

Our founder, Lou Malnati, learned the art of pizza making from the legendary Ike Sewell at the original Pizzeria Uno. With a passion for perfection and a commitment to using only the finest ingredients, Lou created what many consider to be the ultimate deep dish pizza.
